Border Collie Mailing Lists

The following mailing lists are specifically devoted to topics of interest to border collie owners and admirers. Once you subscribe, mail from the list will appear in your mailbox on a daily basis. Initially, you'll receive a message from the list's moderator explaining the rules of the lists and the commands necessary to send messages of your own. If you're new to a list, it's a good idea to lurk (read without writing anything back) for a day or two, just to get a feel for the flavor of the list. Once you feel comfortable, post an introduction and let people know who you are and why you wanted to join the group. After that, sit back and enjoy the fun!

Sheepdog-L

Sheepdog-L is a moderated list dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of the Border Collie as the premier herding dog in the world. All conversation centers around the training and trialling of Border Collies. General veterinary topics, genetics, and breed politics (particularly regarding the American Kennel Club) are explicitly forbidden. This list is moderately active; if you subscribe, you can expect about ten to fifteen pieces of mail daily.
