Guest ShelbyS
My husband and I rescued a 1 year 7 month old Border Collie black lab mix. He's been showing how incredibly smart he is.He is very well mannered but the puzzle toys we've picked up for him are too easy. Complex treats are figured out within minutes. We walk him twice a day for a collective 3 miles. He isn't left alone for more than 3-4 hours at a time. He will start chewing on our personal items while away and we're unsure if it's boredom or separation anxiety. I would love feedback on what I can adjust, better mental stimulating toys, and other things that can be done to help him. Also, what are your experiences with crate training? Thank you in advance! Smalahundur
Unless you are keeping sheep in your appartment this question is better suited for the general bc discussion part of this forum.
