My card was charged. Still no book! No answer on the phone. The voicemail box is full. Emails not returned. Getting very irritated... Help?! You may not end up getting the book, but you probably won't have to pay for something you don't receive. Do pay attention to time limits for registering disputes. You may have to do it fairly soon.
