roscoe11
Dexter has a mystery limp that shows up now and then. The ex-rays do not show anything obvious and my regular vet seems stumped. Does anyone know a vet in the Atlanta area the specializes in sports dogs. Thank you very much Thanks
Sue R
Has your vet tested or treated for tick-borne disease?
GentleLake
I second testing for TBDs if it hasn't already been done.
Alchemist
I had a dog with an intermittent limp that left my regular vet stumped - turned out to be a medial shoulder instability (equivalent of a rotator cuff injury). I think going to a specialist ortho vet is a great idea. I've been told that if dogs have TBD that they'll often flinch/scream if you bend their wrists. Mark Billadeau
You could make the trip to UGA College of Veterinary Medicine
emilyfalk
Or, how far are you from Auburn? Great program there. http://www.vetmed.auburn.edu/sportsmed#.Uvoan3-9KSM
