I had a phone number and name of lady where a group met once a month, I think, at her farm or ranch somewhere south and maybe west of Dallas toward Hillsboro or Azle. Her group was geared to help beginners like me with their herding dogs and wasn't so intense on competing as much as just training for real farm work and having fun.
