Geoffrey
I'm sure there are frantic mobs all across NC raiding the grocery stores
books
I doubt the mobs are out today, but they are predicting a wintery mix for late Sunday now. If you need any bread, milk or eggs, I suggest you head out now! I'm certain that the stores will be emptied over the weekend.

Rebecca, Irena Farm
I'm heading out out this afternoon - but not to the grocery store - the feed store! I need banding rings as a wee one was born two days before we were BLANKETED WITH SNOW (not - but you'd think so to hear the weather guys freaking out). This was a surprise so I don't have my fresh lambing supplies ready!
borderlicious
O.o Crap. I hope it's not too bad come Saturday.
Stafford
We had snow in Portland, OR Tuesday morning, and it just now is all starting to melt. Snow days! I grew up in Southern California, so snow is still a very magical and happy event for me and my family. Grace had a great time chasing after me and my daughter on sledding runs at the local park. I'd guess that she's not the only dog that seems to love colder weather, just so long as it's not too wet.
