this is why i am on here so much. EVERYONE thinks tegan is a mix cus she 30 lbs and smooth coat. plus a shave her in the summer. people say jack russel greyhound and mainly whippet. it use to upset me but now i just laugh. i met her mom she was a medium coat about 40 pounder and her dad got shit few days before i got there by a amish man. but i got a pic of him and he is a smooth coat. with jess she is almost perfect looking but she is only 33 lbs and i shave her also so people have no clue. and i would like to see a jrt herd. i use to have one they herd to kill thats it. people tell me borders are just crazy hyper dogs. teag right now is asleep on the coach and jess is at my feet. so people can just shove it.

I have 2 borders and I live on a busy road. We dont beleive in tying them up or sticking them in a cage. they are never free when were not home and never will be even with a underground fence. but when we are home were busy on the farm and arent always watching what tegan and jess are doing. so we thought about an underground fence. what do any of you recommend. we have 300 acres so we just want to do mayby half and acre 2 at the most. i dont care about cost even though i cant afford to much. my dogs life is very important so i wll do whatever it takes. so please let me know what you use and like or hate. thanks and god bless

my 2 bc play tug all the time and within a few days the toy is done. i am a dog groomer and where i use to work we sold toys. i have tried a lot of different toys but nothing will last to long. i like toys that i can give them when not supervised. i take them to work with me everyday but they are in their own room there ( i work at a boarding kennel) and there are days i work for 10 hours. i get to take a break to let them outside to play and go potty but other than that they are in thier room with one another toys and water. but all the toys get tore up. i only work long hours 2 sometimes 3 days a week but when i am home and they are in the house they will tear up toys. i am afraid they will choke on a part. when i give them bones,hooves, and knucke bones they only eat them in the summer outside. so please help. thanks. by the way as i am writting this my bc is licking my slipper as i am wearing it lol they are the craziest dogs ever but im in love

hi. last year me and my husband went camping with our 2 bc's tegan and jess. it was sonderful they did perfect. well this year we want to go again. we are looking for a good place to go camping with our dogs. we live in ohio so soe where some what close to ohio. penn,tenn, wva,new york, michigan, carolinas places near ohio. didnt know if anyone has ever went camping with their dogs somewhere neat. we went to hocking hills here in ohio and the dogs loved it there. just asking for your opinion. thanks

get another one. i got tegan in feb and she always wanted to play so we were looking and got one a little older than her in august. they play non stop and its fun watching them learn together. tegan is 1 and jess is 1 and a half. i would never just have 1 bc that would be boring. get another one you wont regret it

i have never heard of it. my 2 bc pups are on diamond large breed puppy and are thriving.
