The whole vaccination issue is a tough one for me. The vets would make a lot less money if people quit vaccinations. As we provide better care for dogs and they get older, of course we have more cancers showing up and other stuff. And are vaccines responsible for certain diseases? I am certain that it depends on the dog and his make up. When my pup got parvo that is when it got clear to me just how hard it is to seperate everything. And then my cats are out and run around the place too...so yeah, I know what you mean. But I am glad that she is good and maybe she might just stay with you?

Keep them safe. Keep them happy. Keep them healthy. Not in any particular oder. I think I would put all three first! Plus the customer service. Availability for questions and checks are a big deal to me as well!

Happy 100th! I was at the vets a few years ago when a lady brought in a cat that she had seen get hit on the road. She was highly allergic to cats but we split the bill and now Katy is in charge of training all the pups!

I don't know but I think it is a great idea! Maybe one could get a fund set up on a forum (just an example of course) to where once a month every member puts $5 in a pot and when an emergency comes about for a member or a dog the board could vote to put money towards that cause.

Hi guys! Thanks for the repleys. A kind soul already gave me lot of insight. It has been very difficult as both pedigrees are old ranch dogs that have been long gone. Rebecca - that really did not give any feedback on google. But I will admit I hate doing searches. Too much other junk always pops up. Julia - both dogs were bred here in the US. Lots of close up imports still. Thanks for the links. I will check them out.

Hi guys. Is there a database for BC pedigrees out there? Or anyone that is a certified pedigree nut (only in the best sense of course)? I would like to see if I can find dogs bred like a dog I had a long time ago. How would I go about that? Thanks
