  1. My Little Man ate our copy of "the davinci code" Goes to show, dogs have no taste.
  2. I recieved a brochure in the mail that almost described this exactly!!! I think your little fellow may be on drugs.
  3. my little man is 14months and perfect in everyway EXCEPT................ walking him on a lead. When we take him for a walk he will stop and sit at the side of the road when instructed, cross the road when you tell him - basically everything you'd want except for the fact that he pulls like sled dog. Sometimes he's so excited he'll pull so much that the lead lifts him up onto his two back legs and he'll walk like an emu for about 5 metres. I'm not a fan of 'choker' chains and am hoping someone has got a different solution. Its not that he's naughty, he just wants to go at 100km p/hr and I want to walk. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
  4. I've not been a BC owner for long, but my suggestion would be to get one of those horrid looking colourful striped doggy jackets. I know if I was a Bordie Collie I wouldn't be seen dead out in public wearing one of those!!
  5. Ok , Thanks for the advice. Hope I've worked out how to post a pic....... This SHOULD be my little man at 9 weeks old.
  6. I have the most adorable BC on the planet....... ok maybe universe. He's about 14 months old now and is everything we could have wanted and more. He is my girlfriend and my first dog, we have no children and have treated Jesse like our baby (he knows it). He's very well trained, VERY affectionate and has a mischievous little which we adore. Jesse craves our attention 100% of the time and 99% of the time we are happy to give it. He loves other people and other dogs, but if he sees us petting another dog he likes to try and nudge his head under your petting hand. We would love to get another little BC but have a few concerns: - how will he take to us giving attention to a new baby in the family?? - will the hard work and training go out the window when he sees the new puppy starts running a muck around the house? - he's not been 'fixed' and I have concerns that if a puppy is being house broken I'm going to have a grown dog 'covering' the new scent on the floor with his own. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. PS. I was hoping to pop a couple of pic in here but can't work out how to do it with having to 'host' them somehwere???
