Our BC is very close to our side during the day and night. He is very protective of our little son. Recently we had someone who was either drunk or high walking between our property and our neighbor behind us. This person came up to the fence and was wanting to pet the dog and I told him that our dog is very protective and doesn't like strangers. He went to reach his hand as to pet the dog anyway and that's when our BC took a running start and hit the fence and the man fell down and started laughing. At that point I took my son by one hand and our border collie in other and went inside and locked our doors. Anyone else have a very protective BC ?
