My boy Shake is now 6. Up until a few months ago I would rate his activity level as "extremely high" - not destructive or obnoxious, just a very healty love for chasing tennis balls, frisbees, squirrels and rabbits. Now he will still chase the ball some but seems to lose interest fairly quickly. He still runs a great deal but not as much or as fast as he used to. At home, he has always been a very good boy and still is. He used to really want to be around us all the time at home and lately has been more prone to going off to the lay by himself near the front door where he can look out the window. Should I be concerned? Is this a normal part of the life cycle? He seems to be very healthy, has a good appetite and there have been no real changes I can point to in life style, his access to activity, etc. What do you guys think?
