It is coming on winter- in case any comments of shedding.
this started about a month ago - noticed this because it was around the time that 'farmers friends' started shedding all those spiky black rod like seeds.
my bc seems to get covered with these things.
Her fur is thinning around her waist, side and belly. there is no rash at present, but i notice she grooms overly- licking for an hour or more if i do not stop her.
i have also been told there is 'wondering dew' on the property- could she be having a reaction to one of these plants? what can i do to help her?
sometimes she seems really distressed as she is grooming, i am constantly brushing or pulling out the prickles but its a never ending battle.
or could it be somethin else???
she is protected from fleas and i have searched her body for them- found none what so ever.
help?
