  1. My wife and I refuse to watch it, since we believe things like it are the cause of many of the problems that affect dogs today. From health problems to pet shops selling the breed of the moment puppies. I don't have a problem with breeding for health and working abilities, but breeding for appearance results in things like bulldogs having 75% chance of HD.
  2. Today was our 8th agility class and at the end the instructor told us that we were ready for the drop-in sessions. They setup a course that you can use for $5/hr. I'm so proud of Jill
  3. Jill not only drops it but throws it into the air. It's hard to pack stuff in it so that it lasts more than a couple of bounces. I kind of enjoy seeing her playing with it. We bought a buster cube, but had to return it immediately because she started giving it the same treatment and those things are really hard - you don't want them flying around.
  4. Christie, We are from Central Lonsdale. You are right, I was really cold during the Holidays, but we are now back to our toasty +10C while the rest of Canada freezes
  5. That makes sense, but I?ve heard those phrases so often that I thought something is supposed to happen and nothing surprises me about these dogs anymore
  6. I've heard the terms "tried on sheep" and "introduced to sheep" many times in the context of finding out if a BC has a strong herding instinct. Can you tell what is expected from this ? What would a dog with strong herding instinct do when he sees a sheep for the fist time ?
