She is spayed.

I have a 5 year old female Border Collie. For the past year, every 3 months, give or take a couple of days, she has had an episode of incontinence or some sort of leakage. I am at a loss. My vet put her on a cranberry supplement, but she still has the episode every 3 months. Any thoughts? Thanks.
