Has anyone read My Dog Rosie by C. J. Greer?:

I read it about a million years ago (ok, early 1980's maybe). It was about a preacher and his dog, Rosie. The picture of her in the crate was the one and only time she ever stayed in one, if I remember. It's like a memoir. Rather informally written and more like a stream of thought-Gonzo type journalism writing style. I ejoyed it back then, because there were so few books about border collies.
