This is our goofy pup Spot, now 9 months old. Stephen has always had Springer Spaniels so when I spotted this cute faced pup I couldnt resist. Spot's dam is a purebred border collie. The sire was a jumble of border collie bred to a Springer Spaniel/White German Shepherd mix.

Spot is happy, active and reasonably smart but he is Not a border collie. He gets in trouble with me sometimes because I have border collie expectations of him and he doesnt respond the same way they do. We've started him in agility and he loves it. This is a really nice cross. Spot is a very pleasant dog to live with and he radiates his joy of life.

We just renewed the kennel license for the 49th year. We havent bred a Springer here for 15 years. It's easier to renew the kennel license rather than let it go and try to reapply some day in the future. We gave our dogs fancy kennel names just for fun....this is Amulet's 'Lots of Spots'

gorgeous baby!
