It is not just lambs - it is perfect for describing calves (and sometimes even cows)!

I just love The Barn and especially Rory.

lol! Every day when I move the ewes and lambs from the barn area to the front field(s), there are always one or two lambs who wind up on the wrong side of the fence and can't figure out why they're there (because they ran down the fenceline instead of going through the gate), or how to get back where they belong....

Precisely the same with calves - and that's why I got our working dogs because I needed a dog that could help me deal with this sort of issue. And our Aussie was great for driving but never could comprehend gathering.
