My new kitten has settled in nicely and is bringing wrack and ruin to the whole household. He has been the subject of my insomnia doodles of late.

Cats ain't evil! They're just self-absorbed, conscienceless, lightning quick, secretive, unfathomable.... OK. Cats are evil... But I love 'em so!

As a recent kitten adopter, I feel your pain! 6lbs of kitten taking on the entire household. Waking up in the middle of the night from assorted shrieking from me, my husband, my 2 adult cats, barking and growling from the 2 dogs, we have come to consensus that none of us like having our feet bitten. Somewhere along the line Ziggy has decided that my neck is every bit as good to suck on as the "mommy rug" in the bathroom, and feeding time is at will, his will. They are soooo cute when they are little, but oh so bad until they figure out the rules and then they grow up into adult sized terrors.

Geonni, congratulations on the new kitten!
I can relate to your doodle completely. Especially the FEED ME NOW one. When I brought Ben home in November, he was only 6 weeks old and had never had a decent meal in his life. He screamed (and I DO mean screamed) at me every two hours for food! He's 5 months old now and is continuing to run the household, but I love him.
