Check on the web for Texas Sheepdog Association (TSDA) and see if there is someone qualified who lives within a reasonable distance of you. www.texassheepdogassoc.org is the address. Francis Raley, who is the secretary for the USBCHA, has her contact info there. Anyone that she or Herbert Holmes would recommend would be a good place to start. If you look at the listing of the Board of Directors, you might find someone located somewhere near you or at least someone who could refer you on to a good trainer.
