HJTRAS Posted October 25, 2014 Report Share Posted October 25, 2014 Our 4 dogs all need shots and physicals . talked to my vet and explained that it was hard to get them and control them to the office so I get a house call. my vet is coming out and taking care at my house. We have a mobile vet in our area and I had Tessa see her this summer because I knew it would be easier for her to go into a vehicle than to go into the vets office! gcv-border Posted October 25, 2014 Report Share Posted October 25, 2014 You are lucky to have such an accommodating vet. In my area, there are 1 or 2 mobile vets. I have considered using them, but my driveway (steep, gravel, washboard at times, and ~ 1 mile long) isn't meant for their vehicle - similar to a box truck. I had the fun a few weeks ago of taking all 5 to the vet together lol certainly would have been easier if my vet came to me! It wasn't bad though, actually they were super good, they seriously waited patiently one at a time to step on the scale, it was great lol.
