Train your dog to "herd."

Laugh for the day: Teach your dog how to follow directional movement and go where you ask it to. Tie the dog to the end of a long stick and point it in different directions, forcing the dog to move where the stick is pointing to:

...the sad thing is that I have heard of some old fashioned methods which did use a similar approach as that described in the herding instructions.

 

.but.I have to admit, I did think that both posts were an attempt at humour and/or an effort to undermine the trustworthiness of wiki posts.

Well this is a site that has tutorials on this...

Hum, yes, I give away a lot-o sheep.....this is the way I make a living....I give them away......

 

I see I have been doing this wrong......

 

maybe if I GIVE them away!

 

And having them on different mountains, ok so I gotta walk my horse a lot further.

 

anyway I am almost in Idaho so at least I am on the right place on the planet.
