Tea
Just a note to say thank you to all the handlers that encouraged me, gave me suggestions and ideas. My second open trial was on range sheep and Sweep the Broom brought them to me, the outrun was 450 yds. But we had a control issue so I ran up the field on one. Although some folks thought I should have let it go. Anyway, it is a learning curve. And that was a long outrun up two low hills and the sheep and dog out of sight on the fetch for seven long seconds. It was fun! When we got back we worked on controls. Then the trial this weekend was much better. I am posting this to encourage folks that read it. And again to say thank you to the Handlers of the Pacific Northwest. A great group of folks! I couldn't do it without you!
