juliepoudrier
Why is it that when I edited a few words in my signature that now my signature appears as a bunch of code (see below) instead of the actual photo and signature? I've noticed that this has happened to other folks, and it just happened to me when I went to change my location in my sig line. How can it be fixed? J. Heather
Huh. Clearly a weird bug. I'll open a ticket with the Board's tech people and see what they say. Thanks for reporting it!
Heather
Julie, the tech people want to know if you've edited your signature since we upgraded to the new version of the Boards, or if this is the first time since the upgrade that you've done it. Do you remember?
juliepoudrier
This is the first time. I wondered if there was some glitch related to the transfer from the old board; that is, that it would have been fine if I had left it alone, but by going in and adding/changing a few words I somehow upset something. Liz P
My sig line just did the same thing. I am sure this is not the first time I have edited it since moving to the new boards. It will not let me make changes in HTML. Instead, I had to use the buttons to alter the font size, alignment, etc. I pretty much had to re do the entire signature from scratch. juliepoudrier
Well the tech people seem to have solved the issue, since my sig line, photos, etc., with my recent changes has just reappeared in its normal format! Thanks Heather and techie folks. J.
