Liz P Posted November 21, 2016 Report Share Posted November 21, 2016 That idea has been around for a long time, at least 25 years. Someone was selling them when my first dog started to go blind. I can't remember what the original was called, but it was a wire on a harness. I never did buy it for her because she figured out how to navigate on her own somehow. But this one looks a lot more comfortable for the dog. I have taken care of several blind dogs and a couple of deaf/blind dogs. I had one young pug who got around amazingly well. But the old dogs would bump into things and then get scared and confused. And their eyebrows would get swollen up and bruised. This looks like it would really help.
