Not super close to you, but a VERY responsible breeder of EXCELLENT LGDs is Mary Falk of LoveTree Farm in Wisconsin. A google search will pull it up. Well worth the money to ship to get the right dog. She gives a health and working guarantee.

Tammarak farm - Janet McNalley in MN also

Either of those two may have older pups or adults if you need something working now

Those will be great dogs, T--both Janet and Mary have outstanding reputations for their guard dogs.

My friend has a Janet McNally LGD.  Great "little" puppy so far.  He does a great job at knowing who the strangers are and thankfully seems to think Solo and I are in his pack.

Mary Falk doesn't live too far from me either.  Haven't had the chance to meet her dogs.
