With the Bluegrass Classic SDT only two months away, please consider sponsoring a class, taking out an ad or memorial or support page in our program, or making a donation to help support this respected and challenging trial. One of the oldest, largest, and most prestigious trials in North America, the Bluegrass has a history of being a trial large in scope with testing sheep that attracts handler/dog teams from all over North America (and even the UK and Ireland on occasion).

A trial like this does not exist without the support of many, including those who help out with financial support. Every contribution is important and appreciated. You can go to the webpage and choose to download the sponsorship/ad page and mail your sponsorship or ad, or go to the link where you can donate through PayPal. It's that easy!

And volunteers are always welcome, at any level of experience! You can also get contact information for volunteering at the website, www.bluegrassclassicsdt.com. Please be a part of the team that puts on this notable trial!

The Bluegrass is held at lovely Masterson Station Park in Lexington KY from May 14-18 2014. Two two-day USBCHA-sanctioned Open trials are held on Wednesday through Saturday, with the top 20 combined score teams advancing to the Double-lift International-shed Finals on Sunday. Four USBCHA-sanctioned Nursery classes are run on Wednesday through Saturday. Ranch classes are run on Wednesday and Thursday, and Pro-Novice and Novice on Friday and Saturday. Vendors are present selling refreshments as well as clothing and gift items.

The Bluegrass is a family-friendly venue, and dogs are welcome if they are mannerly and on leash. Admittance is free and seating is provided, or you can bring your own blanket/chairs. A large dog park is located just across the park driveway from the spectator area.

The Kentucky Sheep and Fiber Festival is held on May 17-18, with workshops starting on May 16 at Masterson Station Park. Admission is $3 (under 12 years of age is free), so you can enjoy both the trial and the festival in the same weekend.

Join us, and show your support at any level that you can!
