I love June. That's been on my list of names to use for awhile. The first photo of her is great, and I love the one of Tess after that.

Wow! Lookit Tess! And everyone else looks like they are having fun.

Who's going to come up and take pictures here so I can have pictures of Ted sometime before he's ready to retire from working?

Actually, I just got batteries for my old Olympus SLR so as soon as I also get film (oops), I'm going to try to remember how to use the thing and inflict some of the result on y'all. The film camera is a little more forgiving of shots taken on the run. I'm also hoping to get some video put together.

Becca - I know...lookit Tess is balancing!!!! I was shocked and I could have cried (yes, I'm hormonal) when I saw her working so wonderfully...AND taking pressure!!!!!

Also - I know I was supposed to try to come up this Sunday, but I have to return Phoebe so I might have to take a rain check. I can come up early before the picnic and help trim feet if you still need it.

I will see if Brian trusts the camera in my hands...or if he will come take pictures at the picnic...he might come if I promise food AND if he will have other male companions.

Kirsty - Tess is my dog who would run off if I applied any pressure to her. She would continually circle, circle, circle the sheep regardless of my attempts to stop her. I haven't had her out for about 2 months and when I did...she flanked, she fetched them to me, she lied down when asked, she called off when asked.

Only problem is that she will NOT work for anyone but me and I just want to make her handy enough so that when we have our sheep someday and Keegan is not able that she can help me.

Thanks for your nice comments...it makes me proud that she worked like that...even if only for about 5 minutes...I'm taking baby steps.

Brian did good!! Thanks for posting them - I agree, Tess looks great! I'll bring my camera to the picnic too, so hopefully we'll get some good ones. Chuck likely will come, so Brian should have some male companionship - they can talk gamer geek stuff.

Becca, in a couple weeks when things settle down I'll be happy to come up and take some pics of Ted. :D

Great shots! I just love seeing dogs doing what they're best at. Both Keegen and June just looks so... relaxed about the whole deal, and Tess sure does look stylish. Nick looks quite... enthusiastic, shall we say? Thanks for the working pics, always fun to see!
