D'Elle
The Last Walk Reflections On Our Pets At The End Of Their Lives by Jessica Pierce I got this book from the library, and am less than 100 pages into it at this point so am not prepared to write a review but am wondering if anyone else had read it and what you think. So far I think it is interesting. She intersperses writings about her aging Vizsla with musings on caring for aging and dying animals, whether or not animals are aware of or anticipate their own death or the deaths of others, how and whether they mourn, euthanasia, and other issues. All of this interests me in general and especially more so now that I have two elder border collies. Anyone else read this?
