Winter has one advantage for that: he won't be tempted just to linger outside sniffing things instead of going potty. I expect we will get regular photos and updates, right? GentleLake Posted March 2, 2016 Author Report Share Posted March 2, 2016 Yes, Kristine. I adopted him from GHF. Jovi, this was an early socialization visit at about 12 weeks old. He'd been playing for a bit before this picture was taken so had worn some of his excitability out, but also seemed to understand the the 3 yo boy was a little worried about his energy so he settled down for him. Just wonderful to see in a puppy that young. He's pretty laid back for a border collie puppy and learning fast. But at the same time very persistent and not easily dissuaded from his naughty behaviors, like chewing paper and cardboard and mouthing. And barking for attention from the other dogs or if they have something he wants. But he's young, just 15 weeks old now, so I'm sure he'll grow out of it.
