Like the Huffington Post, The Dodo has an unfortunate tendency to insert unnecessary and inflammatory words into their article titles - words like "unbelievable" and "amazing" and "horrifying." It's very tedious, but may get more eyes on their stories for them. Anyway, despite the screeching headline about idiots breeding dogs, it seems that this deformity randomly pops up in a number of breeds of dogs, and mixed-breed dogs.
